"The staff who checked me in was professional and amazing. She gave us a beautiful room with a view to celebrate my parent's anniversary. She made sure to make us feel comfortable and special. The room was clean and spacious. The wifi was speedy with no issues. The lamp lights did not turn on...perhaps the light bulbs were out? We had a wonderful stay and hope to return. Thank you!"

"Hotel is locate at Ottawa downtown area, very convenience. Staffs are friendly. We have 5 people and stay in a suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with laundry. Very comfortable stay. Only downside is the shapoo, conditioner and shower gel. They are so hard to squeeze. Should use the pump ones. Other than that, everything is good."

Pool was quite small and there didn’t appear to be any changing room or showers- we resorted to changing in the toilet and then showering once we got back up to our room. Breakfast was buffet style but only paper plates cups and disposable cutlery offered to eat with Staff very friendly and helpful"

"Good value. This property is within easy walking distance of parliament, downtown and byward market. Also less a km from Museum of Nature. There were sports teams of kids when we were there so pool and sauna were busy. Lots of great dining very close by. Staff was very friendly and did their best to accommodate with what was a very busy weekend for the hotel. "
