「Spent a week at Mike and Inka's studios. Mike was waiting for us at the airport for our pick up with a bottle of water each. Very happy with our top floor studio, drinks prices on wall for fridge were very reasonable. Comfy large bed and pillows, great air con. Mike recommended local restaurants to us. Great breakfast every morning, lovely to sit outside. Good pool, we were sometimes the only ones there! Look forward to returning next year!」

「Questo albergo è stato sicuramente una bella esperienza! Ci siamo trovati benissimo fin dall’inizio. È diviso in due parti con una piccola stradina che lo collega al lungomare di Kalyves. 「宿泊施設の性格上、長期滞在者が多いようで、特にドイツ語圏の方が多かったです。レストランで朝食を摂っていると「ここはドイツか？」と思うくらいドイツ語が耳に入ってきました。レストランで受付兼ウェイトレスをされているおばちゃんが「カリメーラ（おはよう）」とにこやかに挨拶してくださるのが非常に心地よかったです。クレタ島を後にする朝には「今日は最終日ね」と英語で寂しそうに声をかけて下さったときには、こちらも少し寂しく感じました。本当に朝食の時にしか会わなかったのですが・・・。ホテルのロケーションも繁華街（？）から少し離れていて静かでよかったです。海水浴シーズンからは少しずれていたので遊泳はしませんでしたが、海水浴場も目と鼻の先なので海水浴シーズンに訪れるとにぎやかなのもしれません。」

「Had a lovely stay at Alcanea in the off season, it’s a great location in Chania Old Town. Kyriaki couldn’t have been more helpful and supportive with any requests I had for things to do or organising taxis etc. The building has a lot of character and history 」

The food was exceptional and the dinner buffet very good value head and shoulders above most we have experienced in terms of quality and choice. Very unusual for holiday hotels is the quality of the bedrooms and especially the bed. Excellent in all respects apart from the MUZAK which is played morning noon and night and spoils the wonderful rooftop breakfast experience totally. 」

Elle est spacieuse, bien aménagée et bénéficie d’une piscine privative gigantesque avec vue mer et coucher de soleil. Le personnel de l’hôtel est souriant et aux petits soins ce qui contribue à faire de ce séjour une expérience privilégiée. Petit bonus : le room service est sans supplément ce qui est rare. 」

「Das Hotel Samaria können wir empfehlen. Die Lage im Hafen von Sfakia ist toll. Das Einchecken ging problemlos und war nach 2 Minuten erledigt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon mit Blick über den Hafen. Das Zimmer hatte alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Kühlschrank und funktionierendes W-Lan seien hier erwähnt. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr ruhig; kostenlose Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung (allerdings muss man 5 Minuten laufen. Direkt vorfahren kann man nicht). Sfakia ist nicht groß, man...
