Fantastic location for visiting Madison students

We came into town for a girls weekend with our students at UW Madison. We had a fantastic stay here. The property was spotless. The views were beautiful. Our girls stayed with us. The location is perfect and easy to Uber from downtown Madison. A very safe and quiet location. We will definitely stay here again when we come back into town.

Relaxing Lakeside Stay, Good for Families

Jake’s place was perfect for our stay, as it was a relaxing, clean and a nice home. The two floor layout worked especially well for our infant daughter so she had a quiet place to sleep, while we could cook and hang out in the living room. The only suggestion to the host is to install curtains along the picturesque sliding doors for a bit of extra privacy at nighttime.

Visiting Madison for a Wedding

We had a short but fun and comfortable stay here in October. We were close to both the wedding venue and Camp Randall for the Badger game. The family loved the time together hanging out between activities. The location provided a great space for family pictures too. . Easy to find

Grwat place to have a family gathering! Enjoyed the dock, the deck for outside meals and our granddaughter loved the games.

Psu beat Wisconsin yeah!

Overall a very good place Close to all we wanted to do. House clean with all we needed. View out the back of house of lake beautiful! Only negative may me front of house on a very busy road .

The house was perfect for the 4 adults we had staying. Adorable house; extremely clean and great location. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was spacious enough for us to make dinner one of the nights. Highly recommend!

A lovely house!

Everything about our stay was fantastic! The house was nicely decorated and extremely clean. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Shower was great. A perfect place for our group of friends to spend a long weekend. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Business Trip

We needed a rental for our employees to stay at while working at a job in the area. This unit was perfect as men usually don't mind sharing a room but not a bed and this unit had separate beds for our 5 employees. They enjoyed the comforts of home while away from their families. Jake was helpful and provided all the information we needed and made check in and checkout very simple. We had to book in weekly intervals and they were able to accommodate this type of booking which was very helpful.

Beautiful lake view and stylish house!!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The outdoor eating area was lovely on the deck overlooking the water for our group of six, young kids and adults. The inside of the home was very clean and comfortable. Loved the modern, stylish decor!! The location is also excellent close to Madison and so many things to do. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this river front house in Monona. We arrived with 7 adults and a 13 month old baby. It was very clean and decorated so cute! Everything that we needed was provided and the communication from the owner was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. It was a short and easy drive into Madison and a nice grocery store is right down the street! We would definitely stay here again!

Lake Monona gem!!

The accommodations were accurately reflected by the owner. This husband and wife team were very responsive with inquiries. The many updates to this property make the property highly functional and it's location to the campus and State are convenient.

Lovely home and wonderful stay!

This home is beautifully appointed and we enjoyed our weekend here tremendously! Each room was decorated so nicely and the home has a very cozy feel. It was extremely clean and has a nice deck space for relaxing. My family truly enjoyed this property while visiting Madison for the weekend. We had a glitch at check in which was a problem, however the owner rectified the situation promptly. The owners of this home were very helpful and treated us wonderfully! We would definitely stay again!

Lovely Lakeside Home

The best thing about this house is its proximity to Madison in general and to the river. I loved taking a kayak out on the river around sunrise. Really beautiful. It's close to many fun activities in Madison too. The house itself is comfortable. Hosts are responsive and helpful. Kitchen is lovely. One helpful tip is that this house is on a busy street. There is some traffic noise at night. Not a huge deal but I wish I had known ahead of time and prepared for it. Overall a good place with lovely hosts.

Wedding Day Bliss

We rented this house to get ready for my daughter's wedding. The house was perfect, very clean & in an awesome location. Jake was very easy to work with! He ensured our morning went perfect for the big day ahead. Rent this property! You won't regret it!

Wonderful location and views, and comfortable house!

We were a family of four, and we really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful cottage on the Yahara River. The three bedrooms are tastefully decorated and the beds are comfortable, with nice ceiling fans. The living room is fairly spacious, with a comfortable sitting area and a large TV for watching family movies. We loved having a private dock where my son loved to go fishing. The owners were super friendly and helpful, and their communication was excellent! We loved using the kayaks that came with the property, and had fun boating to local restaurants and bars. This house is also walking distance to several restaurants and cafes. Overall, we stayed for 6 nights and really enjoyed our stay!

Great memories made!

The property itself was perfect for our group of 8 adult laddies! The bedrooms rooms where above our expectations. The full kitchen was perfect for our private chef to come in and make us a memorable dinner and the dinner it’s self was on the back deck on the water as the sunset! It was by far the best girls trip! Thank you for having us Jake! Highly recommended!

Great Waterfront House!

Our family of 4 stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. The house was in a fantastic location. We loved being waterfront. We fished and enjoyed the dock everyday. The deck and outside seating are wonderful. The house was spotless and had everything that we needed. We enjoyed the foosball table. Grocery and many restaurants are within walking distance. We even walked to the local Farmer’s market on Sunday. Very close and easy drive into Madison to visit our daughter at the University. We would recommend this host and house and hope to stay again.
