Staff was kind, but they offered a guest before me, who had no reservations, a rate $50 cheaper than me for a bigger room (king suite) if they signed up for IGH rewards, but when I agreed to sign up as well, a rate like that was not offered to me. If they can offer $112 a night for a king suite, they surely can offer better than that for a room with 2 queen beds.
