Find Hotel with a Concierge in Machida

This was by far one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. It was wonderful to wake up, grab a to-go breakfast at Lawson’s across the street and walk a few blocks to yamashita park. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are luxurious. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. We could not believe we got this room for the price we did. It’s easy walking distance to everything you could want in Yokohama. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The view from the room was just amazing. Loved the separate shower room.

Missing Keio Plaza already, and just thinking about an excuse to return to Tokyo. I was pleasantly surprised with the service level, cleanliness, willingness to assist from all staff. Very convenient to Tokyo Station. Wonderful stay, clean and quiet even during their renovation period. Hotel staff are always very professional and accommodating.

The best partsv were the breakfast buffet, the restaurant options and the proximity to transportation.

Far away from everything

The Hotel New Grand is a historical landmark in Yokohama. The location is hard to beat. It’s across the street from Yamashita Park, blocks from China Town, the International cruise terminal, 15 minute walk to Yokohama Stadium and good access to train system. Only down note is Hotel. Ew Grand needs to upgrade pillows, they were extremely uncomfortable.

Beautiful property with lovely rooms. Location is quiet, so it is a little distance to main tourist sites. As the pool is part of the building (commercial) gym, no kids allowed, which was a shame.

The Narita Airport limosine bus stops directly at this hotel, so it's very convenient if you don't want to carry a bunch of luggage on the shinkansen/local trains. There's a FamilyMart in a section of the building, on the second floor. The nearest metro station is the Akasaka-mitsuke station, and use the D exit (the yellow blocks on Google Maps). everything about the hotel and the staff were exceptional. The only thing is I wished our room has more electrical outlets or the room provided an extension cord with multiple outlets. I have to plug and unplug between the coffee machine and the hot water kettle to use in between because there was only one outlet available.
