「The unit we stayed in was very clean, beds comfy. The unit itself is showing some wear and tear but that did NOT affect the cleanliness. The view of the ocean was why i chose to stay here and was not disappointed. The patios of each unit are fairly close and do not lend alot of privacy--not genetally a problem, unless the neighbors decide to get affectionate (if you know what I mean 😀) The pool was clean and offered plenty of seating. I would definitely stay here again.」

「We just returned from a Spring Break get-away to Duck Key. This condo was perfect for myself ], husband and our niece (13) and nephew (11)! The floor plan was very conducive with large/modern bedrooms and bathrooms and terrific extra space on the back deck. Our host was very responsive on the morning when we had trouble locating the toaster! He helped us locate it within 30 minutes of the initial communication! Lovely place to stay!!!」

「We really enjoyed our trip and would stay again. This duplex is on a quiet street a short walk from a membership club right on the beach with a bar, pool and hot tub. It is the best of both worlds, getting a quiet roomy place to stay then head over to the Cabana Club for some beach time.」

「 Lovely little resort- ocean views were incredible. Immaculate property with an attentive staff. Great pool and deck! As far as location would have liked to be farther north. Nearest grocery store is 12-15 miles away. If coming from Miami stop at the Publix on the way. The listing said 3 restaurants within a minute or two walk- well unfortunately 2 of them are closed. The bed was very comfortable- for a studio it was perfect for my husband and I. The only big detractor was the room air...

「My family had the perfect vacation at Sea Isle! The beach and grounds are gorgeous! It was a bit windy during our stay, so we spent a lot of time by the pool, too. Key Colony Beach is a perfect location for any adventure in the Keys. Our favorite outing was the Marathon Turtle Hospital—we attended the release of one of the turtles the following day! 「My wife and I stayed here for a vacation in April as our first time visiting the Keys. The condo was clean and as described upon entering. Check in was easy, property is very close to the beach and located on a quiet street. Plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. The pool was great for hanging out on property for the day and the balcony was nice to enjoy a cup of coffee or just sit outside any time of the day. We would return 」

「I booked Kokomo Views for our 8-day family trip to explore all the Keys, and it gotta be the best travel decision I've made this year. The condo is such a rare germ as it situates directly by a sandy beach with beautiful swimmable turquoise water. Most of the Keys' foundation is coral limestone so having a private beach by the resort in Marathon is such a luxury. Our Unit 5 is so close to the beach and faces East, thus my kids often find themselves waking up early to watch the sunrise in the...

「The property was amazing & our Villa was exceptional! We had a wonderful time! The staff & service they provided was exceptional! They took care of our every need & were very prompt. The Villa was super clean & looked like it was brand new. Having stayed at many high end properties in Islamorada, this was the best! 」
