"The hot tub was not on the property but was accessible through the property next-door, which was a little bit of a walk. Would have given it five stars if it wasn’t for the terrible individual at check-in. I don’t remember his name, but he stayed in the room in the back, not in the front where he belonged. He checked me into a room with no view actually a view with the wood fence could not see anything it felt like a prison cell. Call down to change room and was given a room on the third floor with a much better view of the pool problem solved, but it was and seemed like he didn’t care at all about my concerns or needs. I then ask for two robes to be sent to my room and you sent me two rolls of toilet paper instead so obviously there’s something seriously wrong with somebody who doesn’t care to listen to what you’re saying or your needs. Other than that overall I would go back knowing that I would have to deal with this moron again."

"The stay was ok. We will not be returning. The photos online are outdated & some look AI generated. The room I saw online vs the room I stayed in was not even close to the same. The property is falling apart and the photos online show something completely different. The water pressure is terrible, the room is tiny with 2 very uncomfortable beds that don't seem to be a queen, we could barely sleep 2 adults in 1 bed. Also the walls are paper thin, we were awoken at 3 am when the people staying in the room next to us checked in. The restaurant and bar that is advertised, neither opened and the restaurant looks like it hasn't been open for a long time. After booking we saw the review mostly bad so I know there won't be any changes made. Thankfully we had friends staying at a nice place with a nice pool so we only had to shower and sleep there but that was not a great experience. The lobby and pool close at 6pm, so if you loose the one key they give you, you are literally out of luck until the next morning. Also can't get toilet paper or towels after 6 pm. Came back from a long day of boating to not enough toilet paper and we had to buy some since the office was closed. Part of the concrete seating area that overlooks the water is actually cracking, breaking and falling into the water. Theres plywood says danger. Not safe at all. They should not be allowed to post false photos of the property, do better at keeping up on that Expedia or I will start booking elsewhere."
