ロング アイランドのヴィラ

「While we received multiple confirmations of our reservation, including the morning we were to check in, the property manager never sent us check in instructions, even after we emailed asking for them. Then, after spending over an hour with multiple calls to VRBO customer service, who also couldn’t get ahold of the property manager, we arrived at the location. There was a 4ft high, 10ft wide heap of garbage in the front yard and looking in through the windows it was apparent the house was under...

「THIS IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! NO ONE CAN GET IN TOUCH WITH THE OWNER AND EXPEDIA WOULD NOT HELP US FIND ALTERNATE ACCOMMODATIONS. WE GOT THERE WITH NO PLACE TO STAY AND HAD TO FIGURE IT OUT ON OUR OWN AND HAD TO PAY AGAIN. I NOW HAVE TO FIGHT WITH EXPEDIA TO GET MY MONEY BACK.」

「What a memorable weekend to celebrating a family wedding nearby. Very comfortable for all of us. Updated w some historic charm. We loved the kitchen so much we made a list of upgrades we want to do when we get home. Well stocked, clean, gorgeous..cannot say enough good things about this house. Would absolutely recommend. 」

「After flying in with four of us from Los Angeles on a Red Eye, we had to drive around for 4-5 hours until we were able to check in at 4pm, however after hours of trying to get into the property with no answer on the contact number ,we finally were able to have the local property manager come out and say that the property overbooked and had no room for us. I spent over 2 hours on the phone getting the run around by Expedia with mixed stories of our accommodations. FINALLY with now the story is...

「This house was perfect for five couples each with bedroom and bathroom. Laundry facilities and room enough for everyone to interact in common areas. Kitchen was clean and stocked. The host was very prompt with all communication and very good to work with. The location of the home was good for the Path / Bus and Uber. Overall one of the best VRBO experiences. We would definitely rebook here again. There is a deli just around the corner too.」

「This house is a wonderful place for large families to gather. Everything is clean and beautiful and the host was responsive to all questions. Lovely quiet street a block from the water. We would definitely stay again. 」

「Host communication was horrible, He would not send me any check in instructions, I had to call vrbo, i got his phone number, and he still would not send me check in instructions, I had to call vrbo again and they sent them to me.(felt very unwanted right off the bat.) The place was not clean, there were hairs in the shower, the place had a bed with a fitted sheet on it, the flat sheet was crammed in a corner in the bathroom, the comforter was a cheap wal mart throw blanket that had crust on it,...
