Great place to stay overlooking the ocean and a few steps to the beach. Our room had a kitchen with a full sized fridge, stove/ oven, and dishwasher. The bed was comfortable with nice linen. It's a few minutes drive to Montauk town with restaurants and shops. The large pool is nice and having a service where the staff will set you up on the beach with lounge chairs, umbrellas and towels is a plus.
