「Prime location on water right down the street from Kiki’s restaurant. Close proximity to grocery and other shopping. Negative about property was that you couldn’t turn the air down past 75 degrees and didn’t disclose this information until a few days before check-in. Property had nice big bathrooms and was dog friendly which was great. Would stay again in cooler months.」

「What a little gem! We had 5 adults that all slept comfortably in this house. The dock is amazing! There is a block freezer for chum which was so helpful. We brought a boat that was easy to drop from the private boat ramp and dock in the basin for the week. Walt was super quick to respond for anything we needed. Highly recommend this house. 「This property was perfect for our family vacation! Plenty of room to spread out and be together! The boat ramp was a plus! the pool was so refreshing, and we spent a lot of time relaxing in it. Kiki's is in walking distance and has a great atmosphere and live music. We shuttled down to Key West one night and had a blast!! We came to lobster, snorkel on the reefs and relax at the sandbar, all very close to this property! We didn't want to leave! We will definitely stay here again. 」

「立地といい、貸別荘的な雰囲気といい文句ありません。通常のホテルのようにフロントや常駐従業員はいませんが、特に不便は感じませんでした。チェックインは施設の説明にある少し離れた事務所で行いカギもそこで受け取ります。チェックアウトはホテルにあるキーポストのようなキーボックスに返却するだけで簡単。 私たちの部屋は冷蔵庫やレンジ、キッチンがついており、１週間くらい生活したくなる程快適。冬でしたが屋外プールは温水で子供も大喜び。夕食は目の前にあるレストランでしましたが、賑わっており料理もGOOD！ ホテルやレストランからはセブンマイルブリッジとサンセットが一望でき、とても素敵な場所でした。 また泊まりたいホテルです。 」

「The house is absolutely beautiful! You cannot beat the location. We met the owner while we were at the gated community and he was very accommodating. 「The cottage was perfect for me and my 3 kids. We loved the location being less than a 30min drive from both Key West and Marathon, and within 20min of several beaches.
