"The room was clean and met our needs."

"The staff at the hotel are very nice and have great customer service! However, the room was very small and smelled musty. The ac did not work, our room was very warm. The shower drain did not work. There was also no bar or food at the hotel. After exploring the area there are so many nice hotels around the area I would pick one of those instead of this one."

"Pool was nice, hot tub small. Parking in their outdoor lot was $25 per day. There was no free breakfast, just the restaurant. I will say their French toast was the best I ever had! Had it each morning "

"The property was nice and quiet and next door was a restaurant, the room was clean with different amenities"

"Could use some maintenance and better cleaning of shower. Was dirty on tile and curtain with old condition and makeup splatter. Shower tub adjuster was broken and water came out both shower and tub. Would loose pressure for a few minutes mod shower."

"I loved the resort ,the staff ,the room and cookies. The only issue we had is that we couldn’t enjoy the indoor pool to its full potential because there were having swim classes. I’m all for the swim classes but i dont think the classes should be given on a pool that its for our guest to enjoy to its full potential."

"room was clean bathroom also soaps provided dispensers clean. water temp and pressure was off but not enough to complain (at that time) parking was convent and safe (gated) but very small spaces. breakfast was simple but good. staff was friendly and helpful. was in walking distance (3 blocks) from the main part of little Italy. i reccommend and will be back"
