The hotel and staff were great, however the beds were the worst beds we have ever slept in. Beds were extremely hard. Breakfast options were not great but for a free breakfast it was OK, ended up going to a restaurant the third day for breakfast because we were over the toaster waffles, fancy eggs, dry sausage (turkey one day pork one day) and oatmeal.

The best part of the trip was the employee at the front desk Heather. She was great. She was super helpful and knowledgeable and became my 3 year old sons best friend. She gave great recommendations and helped us extend our stay. Heather also sent a robot up to the room to deliver crayons and sticker to my son. We had to stay at the townplace because another lodging location fell through. So we weren't in a great mood on arrival, but Heather helped turn what would have been a bad day into a good experience.

I’ll start with the positives in that the staff was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. We were able to get an early checkin easily. The breakfast was included and was a nice spread with lots of options. The room was large with a kitchenette. The Wi-Fi did not work for us at all, which for two people who work remotely was really the only amenity we needed to work well. It was too insecure for our work computers to join, and they said they don’t offer a private secure network that’s password protected, it’s all public. We stayed on the first/ ground floor and our cells did not even get any data coverage to connect to hotspot. Overall, would not stay here again. The internet issues and not getting any service really defeated our ability to have a nice stay. The microwave also did not work in our room.

The staff was great, tried to be helpful with ideas ofwhere to eat as we arrived on Christmas day.. we had an electric rental car, so parking was difficult as we needed to charge the car.. lots of back and forth to the parking where we could charge and the lot at the hotel... Room was clean but old and shabby looking, rugs worn, lamp shades needed replacing... was surprised as expect more from Marriott.
