"We had a lovely stay in the large cabin. I originally thought all the beds were in the same room, but there is a bunk bed in one room and a larger bed in the other room. Everything was very comfortable and the cabin was well stocked with a coffee pot, pots/pans, utensils, and ice tray. We did have to bring our own towels, sheets, and blankets, but that was easily done. The amenities were great: pool was clean and fairly large, mini golf was fun, the arcade had a good assortment of games, there’s a basketball hoop, pickleball court, a playground, a dog park, and the office has a gift shop that’s stocked with several essentials you may need. The communication was top notch, as well. The location is situated about 20 minutes from Busch Gardens and very close to Colonial Williamsburg, too. We were very pleased with our stay here. We’d definitely recommend this place, and we’d love to visit again."

"Overall we had a great stay. Hot tub and dock were nice. The owners have updated the listing to reflect some changes that we weren’t aware of but the upgraded flat top grill was nice and clean. We loved the beach for our grandchildren and the yard was beautiful. We loved the views and watching the boaters."

"Very nice property and a great location for families and groups of 8 or less. The outside does not really show how beautiful the inside is. Ideal for traveling with dogs.It's a little distance from main events/activities - Busch Gardens, Williamsburg, etc., but worth the drives to those sites if there is a need for space and housing pets.The Host is very accommodating and quick to respond.I rate it 8 on scale of 1-10."
