This motel had the best reviews between Warsaw and Tappahannock. We are from Dunnsville and the only reason we needed the motel is because we were having issues with our bathroom heat.

Very clean room, comfortable. Really it was very nice to stay in a room that was actually clean. The staff and management was very kind and helpful. Very pleasant experience. I just hope they open more of these hotels in the south TN, KY, VA, etc.

The air conditioner was loud and the shower head squealed when hot water was run through it otherwise great stay

We were seaking a peaceful retreat and this property delivered. The house was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Will be planning another visit.

This the nicest little house imaginable. First, Irvington is a lovely laid back village with just enough small restaurants, and beautiful walks down the pretty lanes. Everything was great! The home and property were beautiful and the friendly feral kitties outside made our stay a million times better. The home is spacious and well-designed and the beach is stunning.
