「The staff was fantastic. Christopher, the bellhop manager was the best he was so accommodating. He was so friendly. My only issue is that we got a smoking room and although I understand, it’s very hard to get rid of smoke smell when a new customer goes into a smoking room for the first time there should be some type of ventilation or strong or air fresheners because when we walked into the room, it had a very very strong smoke odor still. 「My kids loved this hotel and the rooms are a great size.We stayed a Wednesday to a Friday, Thursday morning there was a sign on the pool that it was closed until further notice. When I asked the front desk about it, the gentleman was extremely rude. I heard other guests asking about the pool also, and he was short, unkind and irritated at everyone. We booked this hotel for the pool and we were given no details. On Friday when it was opened the pool and hot tub were freezing.」

「I was charged an extra fee by the hotel that was not on the Expedia bill. The hotel staff kept trying to explain to me that it was Expedia's fault. They refused to back it off even after speaking with an Expedia staff member. One staff member said that the fee was already included in my Expedia charge. I got my credit card bill today. They lied.
