"The suite is well-equipped and in good condition. It has everything needed for a short stay. I would suggest providing small packets of salt, pepper, and cooking oil, as this would be very helpful for guests and would avoid having to buy full-size items from the store only to leave most of them unused. What I did not like was that the mattress and pillows were extremely soft, making it difficult to get proper rest. It felt more like sleeping in a hammock than in a bed. I asked at the front desk if it would be possible to place a foam topper on the mattress, especially since I have some physical conditions that make sleeping comfort important. The response I received was, “You can go out and buy one,” which I found quite rude and unhelpful. I was disappointed by the lack of courtesy and customer service in that interaction."

"It was such a clean and amazing place to stay for such a cheap rate. The staff were so kind to us and the free breakfast was really good with all the options given. This is a great place to stay if you’re on a budget and want somewhere that is quiet, clean, affordable and nearby some good food places."
