Wonderful stay at the JW and will definitely stay here again! Very attentive staff and great amenities. Perfect location if you are going to a concert at Rogers arena. Thank you to front desk agent Daria (I believe is her name, she checked us in on December 3, 2025 sometime between 2:30-4pm) made our stay special with a little treat and allowing us to check in earlier. We will definitely be here again soon!

Customer service is back and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Every staff member was attentive and wanting to ensure that my stay was the best possible experience. Hotel was modern, clean and the room fabulous. Room service was prompt, food delicious and hot! Will definitely stay here again.

Great spot. We got a suite and while very large and grand, didn’t have a nice view and was simply a large room separated by a half wall. A bit of a sketchy area. The staff was amazing
