「The cottages on the beach are fantastic!」

「Property is beautiful with tons of amenities. The room was very nice and overall we were very happy. Here are a few of the issues we had though for full transparency. The beach is sand, but it's hard in a way that's a bit unnatural and doesn't flow into the water. There were weddings on two nights we were there and the noise from the afterparty was loud in the rooms even with the doors shut. The noise went fairly late into the evening past when most places would have a noise curfew of sorts...

「Gisselle and her daughter who helped us were great. We enjoyed the property and thr room. Beautiful views, spacious and comfortable. Location was perfect. The front desk had just dealt with unkind clients but when it came to us they put aside whay they had just dealt with and greeted us with a smile. The ability to do thay was refreshing and they get A plus in customer serivce.」

「The pool is a garden paradise. The palm deck rooftop has amazing views. The staff all say the owner Matt is amazing and all the staff were overly gracious. Dinner was also amazing with a great bartender who asked us how things were. Water sports were an added bonus」

「Great location on the way to key west. Rooms were recently updated and spotless. Location on the water was prime, and the pool was very nice. Only downside was the name, which didn't do the place justice 」

「Matecumbe Resort is a nice old school but very up-to-date place to stay. They have everything you need. The pool is awesome. The marina for parking your boat a boat ramp. Everybody there was very nice and the place is well-maintained. And you can see they’re constantly doing upgrades. 」
