「Upon checking in, I was greeted by the receptionist, who provided me with information for my stay. He was a very polite and friendly gentleman. He offered me a welcome drink, which I thought was nice. I booked 2 rooms, and they were both very clean and nice. The location of this hotel was nice, well-maintained, and clean. Parking off-site, in the covered garage, was a little expensive for the guests of the hotel. A discount should've been offered with proof of stay. Overall, I would stay again...

「I have stayed here for multiple years in a row and always raved about the place to friends. However this year I am not sure if they are under new management or what but the staff and service are HORRIBLE. On check in I did arrive early and spoke with them and they said it’ll be a bit. I just happen to walk by the new unit I’m renting so I can see location and still at 2:30 pm not a single car or person was there even cleaning it. We had to wait till 4pm to check in.
