"I didn't use the airport shuttle and the taxi guys at the airport gouged me mercilessly. Use the shuttle and save yourself AU$100 one way. Better still get an Uber and save AU$145 one way. The Hacienda is Spanish quaint. great for families and excellent location."

"We booked this place as it checked off most if not all the boxes. Upon arriving to the property we were told the building is closed for renovations. Though, we would be able to book/reserve at their sister company. We booked places around this area as it was walking distance to most do the places we wanted to try. However being moved to the other hotel put a damper on most of our plans and had to relook/rebook certain things and actually pay to be taken to said places. I figured we’d get a discount for the issue of not being told about the work but nope. "

"I am very discouraged use this service, I had tried many times and you or the airlines give you a price but finally , the end is you end that buying higher price trip for what you was told as a hook that has no ending prices . Finally I did it but am not happy about this manipulation of the online system . "Breakfast very good. Staff excellent. Building is old but okay. Only complaint: they could maintain the outside cleanliness better, but hey, this is real Cancun, not the hotel zone. In comparison to the general neighborhood it’s much better."
