"The hotel was located in a prime location close to many restaurants and bars just outside the front entrance. The pool was nice with a good bar next to it and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I liked the fact breakfast was served from 7am-12pm. The hotel's cleanliness was satisfactory overall with nothing to complain about. Here's a useful tip, when flying into Cancun take an ADO bus to the central terminal in downtown Cancun. From there it's only a simple 8 minute walk to the hotel and you will save so much money from taking a private taxi or group shuttle. "

"This place was AMAZING. For what you pay, you really get yo enjoy so much. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it. My daughter also enjoyed the water park area very much, when kt was off they even turned it on and left it on later for her. The room was quiet and clean, warm water also. The bed sheets are rags in pieces, the towels seems like trash, the window of the shower and restroom was broken, allowing people from outside to peek inside, real terrible conditions, I had to get away and book another room as we were not feeling safe no more. DON’T GO THROUGH THE HELL AND NIGHTMARE WE WENT TROUGH, JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE."
