"The hotel is super c clean. The buffet breakfast was very good. There’s also plenty of hot water. My only reservations would be this :. They have a pool but it’s not heated so no one is going into it. Also, it is in a strange location so if you want a cup of coffee, you’ll have to go search for it. I think they have benefit from having like a coffee bar or coffee machine so you didn’t have to go searching in the neighborhood. The neighborhood is kind of OK. It’s industrial so that’s said, I would recommend it. PS it is very near the ADO bus station. "

"The staff here was super kind and helpful! My Spanish isn’t great and they were willing to help me in English, and be patient as I wanted to practice Spanish. They went above and beyond to answer any questions I had. The included breakfast had a menu to choose from with a variety of options. The pool was also empty of people nearly the entire time I was there; so I was able to swim and float in solitude. It was really the retreat I needed. "

I appreciate the upstairs accommodations, which include a balcony, a table, and a chair. My room is cleaned daily. The hotel provides both shampoo and body wash. I HIGHLY recommend Rolovi Hotel, particularly for solo travelers. I felt safe throughout my entire stay. "
