「The staff was friendly and helpful, especially since I do not have a full smart phone and needed assistance to pay the parking fee. A note about that - I was not expecting to pay for parking and was startled by the fact that it was an outside company that handled the payment and could not just be added to my fee for the hotel stay. It's the first hotel that I have stayed at that had a parking fee that wasn't actually a full conference center with an attached parking garage. Otherwise, the...

「Average hotel and average experience. It is a fair way from the airport and very difficult to access without a car (we used an Amtrack, then a bus, then had to walk with luggage for about 8 minutes). It has no restaurant and basic facilities.」

「Great new place. Very clean friendly staff」

The hotel could do better at being more eco friendly, cups in the room, at self-serve, and breakfast are disposable, as are the cups for juice in the morning.」

「We enjoyed the breakfast. Thank you...」

The manager had to step in to bring our order twice because the bar team could not handle it. the room service was terrible. we...
