「Excellent Stay at Latitude – Highly Recommended! Initially, we were skeptical about booking a short-term rental in an apartment complex. We were also concerned about the location since we were attending events in New Orleans. We were impressed with everything Latitude had to offer. The parking was excellent, with a designated space in a lot secured by two gated entrances requiring access codes. The lot was extremely well-lit, and the multiple coded entry points made us feel safer than we have...

「Everyone was nice but is not that great of a hotel as it is shown, breakfast is ok and it is not that clean or big as it seems in pictures but the main thing was that it is advertised as being close to downtown/tourists places and it is not, the Uber’s were really expensive.」

「Hotel and room are clean, but the experience was bad and much less than other Residence Inn hotel which I have ever stayed.. Card key is so often mulfunctioned but the front staff has refused my request to change the card several times, so I had to go and back between the room and front desk many times. Also, some staff is not friendly so makes me uncomfortable. this is not hotel's hospitality.. (I mean some staff are not good , of course, I found some nice staff as well) And the bathroom...

「Perfect」

「I booked a king bed bedroom was given#621, A handicap room with 2 beds which we were not used too, very annoying. Next day there was a bug crawling on ceiling. Called front dear ask to speak with mgr. Was placed in a 2 queen bed room again #625. The front desk staff are not courteous at all. I called Expedia and filed complaint as well.」

「旅行サイトとホテルの連携が取れておらず、予約が灰っていないとトラブルになりました。 他のホテルではそのような経験は無いので、ホテル側の姿勢と対応に問題あり。」

「Convenient location. Comfortable bed. Black out curtains. Old motel but maintained well, except for algae in the pool. Adjacent to interstate highway but surprisingly quiet in my guest room.」

「Had a nice stay, I have no complaints.」

「I love the enclosed balcony very private but still able to enjoy the weather」

「客室はきれいで、スタッフの対応はいつも丁寧で、朝食もおいしかったので、とても良いホテルだと思う。」

「The residence was well kept and stocked with goodies for the guests. The rooms were quiet and clean. The courtyard and surrounding grounds were nicely maintained. The location is approximately one mile from the French Quarter and Mid Town for a variety of dining and walking options. I really enjoyed the stay and plan to return in the future.」
