Great location it's right next to the biggest mall in Chicago. We stayed at this place because our flight was canceled due to bad weather. The hotel is on the outdated side.

All of these reviews are quite literally complaining about nothing. This was an amazing stay, I came from NC for a metal show and started here as it was cheapest. The Indian lady at the front was sweet as hell, loved her shout out to her. Me and my brother had 0 complaints, except for the fact the tv didn’t work. Other than that it was amazing. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, was a little hot but turn on that ac and it was immediately heaven. Stay here if you’re on a budget!!:)

For lower than average cost for the area, I was extremely pleased with the room. Everything felt new and clean and I had zero issues in my 3 night stay. The location is also a plus. The hotel was near many places to eat and shop. I would stay here again if I need to.

This motel needs to be torn down - it’s old and run down. We only stayed one night - basically there 9:30pm until 8am the next morning. Biggest problem was beginning at about 10:00, some drunk guy started banging on the door nearby yelling “let me in, let me the f%#& in” this went on until 2am - I called the front desk and reported it, after an hour, I called back no answer, called again and finally someone came out and spoke to the guy. Needless to say, we didn’t get any sleep. I wasn’t afraid to stay there but I had hoped it would be a better experience— won’t stay there again. The staff upon check in was nice. That’s about the extent of it.
