My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The building and our room was clean. The parking lot was clean and well lit. There are plenty of places to eat and shop in the area, if you don't want to go into the city. We most definitely would stay there again.

Great Metairie location - very convenient. Very nice and clean, but needs more interior design finishes (art on the wall, a rug or two, more pillows on the bed, a couple throw pillows on the couch, etc).

We needed a place to stay while in town for graduation. This property did not disappoint. The check-in process was alittle confusing, but it was my fault. The space is clean and comfortable. The next time I return to New Orleans I will certainly stay here!

Excellent Stay at Latitude – Highly Recommended! Initially, we were skeptical about booking a short-term rental in an apartment complex. We were also concerned about the location since we were attending events in New Orleans. We were impressed with everything Latitude had to offer. The parking was excellent, with a designated space in a lot secured by two gated entrances requiring access codes. The lot was extremely well-lit, and the multiple coded entry points made us feel safer than we have at almost any place we’ve stayed. While entering codes at several doors can be a little inconvenient, the added security was well worth it. The unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a balcony we really enjoyed. It also included a coffee maker, full-size refrigerator, washer, and dryer. Our only minor suggestion would be to add a TV in the bedroom, but that didn’t take away from our experience. We were also pleasantly surprised by the location. New Orleans was only a 10–15 minute drive away, or about $25 by Uber. There were also plenty of restaurants, shopping options, and a mall nearby. We typically prefer staying in the city for events, but the combination of cleanliness, security, convenience, and affordability makes Latitude a place we would absolutely stay at again. If you’re hesitant about booking here, don’t be! We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Latitude to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and affordable stay near New Orleans!

The apartment was spacious with 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. There is a kitchen with microwave, stove and dishwasher. Cutlery, glasses, mugs and dishes are available. The apartment appeared clean and very tidy. There is a game room, gym and pool on the property as well. The access code gives access to all the common areas. We were only a short 20 minute drive from the French Quarter and had no issues getting an Uber or Lyft to and from downtown. The host was easy to communicate with. In all we had a good time and would recommend a stay here.

We had a great experience and thoroughly enjoyed the cleanliness and quiet atmosphere. There were plenty of assigned covered parking and that added extra comfort. The roof top was a great place to relax. I would highly recommend Latitude if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation.

Everything was perfect except there were only 4 bath towels and 2 hand towels. There were no hand towels. We booked for 3 guests so we had to wash every night.
