「What a lovely stay. Kimberly was the perfect hostess answering all my questions and making sure my stay went flawless. Frankie, her Frensh Bull Dog, was always welcoming when I entered making me feel like I was coming home rather than 1,000 miles away. Mini-fridge kept my seltzers cold, room temperature was comfortable, shower refreshing, and easy in and out from highways coming and going. I highly recommend and thank Kimberly for her hospitality.」

「The room was nice. The screened in porch overlooking the backyard and river was great, as it allowed us to spend all our time outside, if not sitting down by the river. Shower hot with great pressure. Sitting down by the river was a great experience. The pool was clean and a perfect temp for swimming. 「Wonderful little place in Ybor City area! Our host was very communicative and detailed. The place is super cute, cozy, and was nice and cool in the hot May weather and we slept great. The place was easy to find, quiet and clean and tidy. It had everything we needed for an evening in Tampa. The only negative was the shower was out of body wash and the hand soap at the bathroom sink vanity was out, but we had brought some of our own and there was a bottle of body wash although it was “for men”....

"古い感じはするが有数のリゾート。地下の階には大型ホールが複数あり、学会と展示会に参加した。楽しそうなプールもあり、どこを見ても絵のような風景だった。しかし、利用しない人にもリゾート料金が1泊49ドル+税別かかることはもったいない。駐車場も38ドル+税別。朝食は、値段に比べてあんまりだった。周りの治安は良く、夜10時までのスーパーや24時間の深夜に空いているセブンイレブンやサークルKもあり、とても便利なところ。良いホテルだが、別途でかかる料金が、多いことを考えると、リピートは考えてしまう。"
