「very nice, easy to get to, large back yard for pups, highly recommend, one of the nicest rentals I have stayed at thus far. The mgmt contact is on point, very professional, courteous and attentive. There was no coffee creamer and she made sure it was dropped off that very night, with extra coffee, kudos to her!!!!!. If you are in Laughlin or Bullhead City, this place is awesome!!」

「The Family and I were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. The add on room was a little confusing at first when I first got there, but my oldest son and his kids were happy with it and the additional small air conditioning unit was helpful. The Master bedroom had some paint issues but it didn’t affect our stay. I would definitely reach out again to stay for our next Family trip to Laughlin/ River. 」

「This is my second stay at the property and it is hands-down one of the nicest rentals I’ve ever stayed in. The cleaning is impeccable and consistent. My dogs like the big yard, and the neighborhood is safe. I stayed on Halloween and it was really fun to see all the little kids and families that participated in the area, it’s very much a very family oriented neighborhood without being noisy. 「Barb is amazing!! Great communication and was very quick to respond. We had an amazing time and loved everything. From check in to check out, this experience was wonderful. Super close to Fremont street & other attractions. Patio was very nice and relaxing, we got to enjoy the beautiful vegas weather. Felt very safe and secure with the security gate as well. Also, loved seeing the host’s dogs! Very cute pups. Would book again! 」
