"Rooms are outdated. When I went to lock my belongings in the safe it started to chirp and it took 4 hrs for some to come fix it. No refrigerator in room just an empty cabinet where it used to be."

"The self-park garage is far from the hotel lobby and not the easiest to find. Our bed didn't have a fitted sheet and had a flat sheet instead so the mattress kept getting exposed under our feet, which was a little annoying. Our resort room was nice and spacious otherwise. I like that they had a separate adults-only pool. The central location of the hotel was a huge plus - it was very convenient to walk around the strip. "

"We had to downgrade our room because of its poor layout. The prestige lounge did not feel prestigious. Paying for valet when you’re staying on the property seems a bit excessive. "

"Clean room, but everything else was just a busy mess. Parking is extra, its confusing and far walk. Pool is overcrowded, and the wave pool is so regulated you cant enjoy it, you cant even sit or swim where the wave breaks. Just a roll of water monce every minute is all you get to experience Checkin was not smooth, took 30 min. I think this was heavily influenced by April (spring break) but waiting forever for elevators it just didnt seem very fun. Its a Nice hotel, just not worth all in my opinion. Many other less crowded and more comfortable options in Vegas."
