「Hotel & room are modern, very clean and roomy w/ lots of outlets around the room for your electronics. Unlike the complaints from other reviews, our room has running hot water. Good free breakfast and coffee selections. Garage parking is cheaper than other hotels in the area. Will definitely come back to this hotel on our next trip to Austin.」

「My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our very brief stay at the Treehouse, a beautifully-designed and very comfortable oasis in what can be a very busy part of ATX. Very impressed with the super prompt and helpful text communications with the hotel. And loved the Jura machine with coffee beans locally sourced via ATX’s own Texas Coffee Traders!」

「Not as advertised. Pool closed. Apartment had broken furniture, including the desk office chair, that my 5 year old sat in the night we arrived that literally fell over because multiple feet were bent.. Apartment is right next to trash room. Hallway smelled of narcotics and apartment had strong cleaning chemical smell. Cheap pack and play, no crib as advertised. Couch full of stains. Unit was dirty upon arrival. including someone elses hair in one of the showers. Oven still had old food...

「We loved this hotel. We stayed there with our kids. We stayed in the suite and it had two bedrooms. A king and queen bed and two bathrooms. Close to everything you’d need. The rooms were clean, the kitchen has beautiful pots and pans (no lousy teflon pans). It is missing mixing bowls and there isn’t any tea. Fresh coffee beans for the morning and no gross coffee pod machines. Only thing you need is food, seasonings and olive oil or fat if you’d plan on cooking. It’s a loud street but the room...

「Everything was great. Had a great memorial weekend and the pool was awesome. The staff and waiters were very kind. The cleaning lady to our room was very polite and friendly. Will be staying there again.」

「This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. You get two drink tokens on check-in and we got a $30 food/beverage credit as well, so those were nice extras. Geraldines is an excellent choice, with bougie food that doesn't disappoint. The only reason I'd give a 4-star review was the overall price and upcharges. $70 for one night for mandatory valet parking is absurd.」
