The management charged my account twice after telling me the original charge which was on a cancelled card did go through and could not be refunded. Instead they charged my other card after I arrived and knew of the billing problem. I only booked a second room with an open card so they would not be left with a redo on a card that had not been cancelled. They would not help me although they knew it was a mistake so I was charged double for one room. The room was not that good
