"We nooked 3 rooms with private onsen for our family trip. The room was beautiful and relaxing. The bed and pillows were a bit hard for my taste, but we were so relaxed after the bath that we slept well. The included dinner was amazing with delicious, beautifully presented plates. The morning breakfast was buffet style with a variety of foods to choose. Many of the staff spoke English and they were all accommodating and friendly "

"Amazing experience with Ten-yu. We spent a few hours in the attached water park and enjoyed the private onset in the balcony. Free ice cream, tea and snacks in lobby was an added bonus. No need to even pack a bag- clothes, night dresses and all toiletries were complimentary. "

"understated luxury, the superior room had more than enough space to accommodate 2 guests, perhaps too much for one person but it was a great experience. The room was cleaned everyday to original state when we first entered the room on the first day. The lobby staff was very helpful and over all we had a great time in Kamakura thanks to all the hotel staff."
