"Upon arrival, we requested to cancel breakfast for the first day and asked for a refund but was informed that this was not possible. The hotel had 1 elevator for 12 floors and the stairs were only for emergencies. This caused lines for the elevator going up and down. The layout of the serving stations at breakfast did not allow for guests to form lines and go in one direction. This caused guests to jump from one section to the next in a chaotic manner trying not to bump into each other. Overall, I don't think the hotel is designed well. Other than that, the room was good and comfortable. "
