Balcony overlooking the harbour. Location great next to Kobe loop bus link which meant you could get anywhere in the city on a day pass which was only 660 yen. Numerous dining experiences within 200 metres of the hotel.

Only Japanese television channels, otherwise everything was fine. The bed was very comfortable, with a lovely quilt.

Location is great. Right next to Grand Kobe Station and the neighboring shopping areas. Walking distance to the Kobe Port. My request for a Non smoking room was not entertained while the room is smelly and the carpet appears dirty. Room rate anyway is good value for money.

Great view from the ocean facing room. Amazing restaurant. The Kobe beef is life changing.

This hot springs hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms and hot springs baths were extremely clean. The staff were more than accommodating and took the time to know each guest and to learn their preferences. The hot springs were so relaxing, I don't think I've ever had a more enjoyable vacation ...

The baths are wonderful. The rooms are spaciouse with view magnifician.
