「One year old property. Great spot to stay if you need Guelph access. Easy parking. Chucks Roadhouse across the street for an easy (decent) spot for a quick bite or cocktail 」

「Room is clean and comfortable. But Fitness, laundry, PC are all out of service during stay. Only one time, water stopped over the night. I don’t blame the hotel about water stopping but my experience was 2 stars」

「Didn’t like the room layout, bath needs a little updating. Bed was only queen, not overly comfortable. Did not use any amenities nor breakfast. Close to highway, nothing to walk to. Do not clean room daily. Nothing bad but not great.」

「Had a problem checking in - as they wanted to charge me for the room but I had already paid. It was figured out promptly and we got our keys. Clean room. Walls a tad bit thin - we could hear our neighbors snooring. Breakfast buffet was great! Lots of choices to eat from waffles to egg McMuffins and cereal. 」
