「They offer breakfast every morning. The hotel is located in downtown Hamilton, so it's easy to use buses. Unfortunately the shower stayed cold for two days out of ten.」

「Our room was very large and clean. The view was towards the side so we could see downtown and the lake, a big plus. However, we had huge issues with parking. Two days in a row we returned to the hotel and found no parking. We had to park in a lot further away and retrieve the car after 10 pm to park by the hotel. We were paying $15 plus tax per day for a hotel parking spot so I don't understand why there were no spots reserved for hotel guests. The hotel offered breakfast but every time we came...

「This was a fantastic place for an overnight stay. Centrally-located for the wedding we were attending in town. Incredibly clean and all staff we met were very friendly and welcoming. Really good vibes. Don't let the older facade put you off. Very newly renovated inside. Found the AC a little tough to get right but not a big deal. I'm an early riser (6 am) so would have appreciated earlier access (or in room access) to getting my tea but, again, not a huge deal.」
