I had a wonderful stay at the Waterfront Hotel in Burlington. The location is excellent — right by the lake, and walking along the waterfront was truly enjoyable. The rooms were clean and the hotel is well kept. My only disappointment was the breakfast: it was very poor with almost no variety in the food. Overall a great stay thanks to the location, but breakfast needs improvement.
