"Very comfy and clean room. Parking not being free is kind of a drag - it’s $32 for the night.
Location is good, and there’s food

Breakfast was good, but not a lot of seating.
Spoke with a few staff on the phone and they seemed frustrated when requesting early check in. Early check in is a “call on the day to see” but the message could’ve been delivered in a better way.
Would stay again, but would track the price better to see if there’s a lower rate. "

"Staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive. Our toilet flooded right after check-in and staff responded quickly and professionally to address the situation. "We've stayed at Metro many times. It's very convenient if you are seeing a Knights game. This time we had a room that faced inside the building (as opposed to Dundas Street). Room was comfy for one night but the layout of the room was a little strange. The bathroom drain didn't work super well. Minor stuff as this is a reliable place to stay in downtown London. We'll be back. "
