"The room was nice, but the white towels had stains, no one came to change it out during our stay, they didn’t have wash clothes it was hand towels. Also the other people that stayed there kept the common area messy! My vehicle got towed for parking on the street, and yet the next morning I got up early and saw two other vehicles parked out on the street and neither of them got towed. And there was one vehicle parked in the driveway perpendicular blocking the driveway which is why I couldn’t park...

"I'll admit I was a little apprehensive about our stay being that it's "communal" but it was a great experience. Everyone we crossed paths with was very pleasant and I love how everything is organized and rules are everywhere. Parking was not an issue like mentioned, you just have to communicate with one another.
The area was nice and quiet, our bedroom was clean and the beds were comfy! Thank you for having us!"

"I was switch to a different location the day before arriving. The new location had roaches! And it should be noted before booking about the $60 a day fee to heat the pool. Ruined my whole trip not being able to swim! There was mention of a clubhouse to swim but it wasn’t in walking distance."

"This is one of my go-to spots whenever I am in the Kissimmee area. I've stayed here multiple times and never saw one bug or have had one problem. They have lots of cameras so it's pretty safe, the staff is nice, and it's a perfect location. It may not have a modern look, but outside of that this is a great spot to stay"
