Everything was good except the shower door situation (only 1 door). And no lighting fixture in the ceiling so the lighting was a little dim. Great size for the price. Renters are good with communication and the staff was very helpful. Would definitely rent again

The room smelled musty when I got in. The shower pressure needs some work. And having a channel lineup card would be helpful. Staff was friendly when I arrived and I could see myself staying here again

Pequenos detalhes tiraram o excelente.

O quarto é bem equipado, a limpeza podia ser melhor antes da entrada, e não existe serviço de quarto nem troca de toalhas. Todos os travesseiros eram extremamente altos.

Quarto limpo! Isso é o que interessa!

Quarto totalmente limpo e sem nenhum problema. Apenas o microondas oferecido como extra na acomodação que o prato interno não roda ao ligar. Mas esquenta normalmente. Não tem nenhum inseto (somos muito exigentes com isso e fomos atendidos 100% com tudo ok). O que alguns pedem que é uma troca de toalha ou assistência, entendam que ele é um quarto e banheiro. Pelo preço, não tem nenhuma assistência mesmo. Enfim, merece nota máxima pois nos atendeu perfeitamente.

Não sei se voltaria

Apesar de não ter serviço de limpeza o quarto foi entregue muito limpo, inclusive roupas de cama e banho. O quarto precisa de reformas, algumas coisas já demonstram sinais de uso prolongado. Não tem recepção 24hrs e não vi segurança no período noturno. Não me senti muito seguro.

Melhor que a média e sem surpresas

Quartos confortável melhor que a média de Orlando! O único porém é que só fazem a limpeza após seu checkout! Ou seja fiquei 16 dias tendo que limpar quarto esporadicamente pois lógico que suja durante a estadia! E pedi a troca ao menos da toalha de piso pois encharcava sempre após o banho! E não foi trocada!

Bad experience. Not recommended for families.

One night stay, arrived at night, and the toilet was dirty with urine and hair. The sheets on the beds had hair on them. The mattresses need to be changed. Small, open shower (half glass door). It looked like a motel, but I expected the room to be clean.

Great stay

The check-in process was impressively smooth and easy, and I appreciated the clear communication along with the detailed message regarding the steps to follow. The room itself was bright, spacious, and clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is great, which adds to the overall experience. I am looking forward to my next visit, and I will certainly choose to stay at this property again.

To be honest, you get what you pay for. There isn’t any towel service or room cleaning service during your stay which isn’t the worst, not the most impossible thing to deal with. The room wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t the best either. The room had an odd smell to it when we walked in, it’s an apartment style hotel so at night you can hear people in the parking lot & on the sidewalk when they pass, it’s hard to get sleep when you can hear people right outside the door. I don’t know if this was intentional but the bathroom was missing a shower door so instead of it being a walk in bathtub with a door you can slide closed behind you, it was a single glass door that didn’t have another one to prevent water from coming out the bathroom. Also, the shower over head was not working properly as well, the only part of the shower that was working was a hand held shower head and not the overhead one. Even when you turned on the water to run it, the water had a funny aroma to it. Also, the room wasn’t properly cleaned. Even using the bathroom sink, we noticed food coming up the sink that was meant for us to use. An entire blueberry came up from under the stopper in the sink. If you’re looking for a place just to sleep, this is the bare minimum. We were supposed to receive check in instructions around 2:30 and didn’t get them almost 30 minutes later even prior to letting them know we were on property waiting to receive them.

The room, area, staff, and location of the property were excellent. The only problem was with the owner because of a failure to solve our problem. When we arrived (Friday afternoon) we realized that the TV remote control was not working with the TV.. We contacted the front desk and he (Daniel) visited our room (131) and agreed that the remote was not working. He advised us that the owner was contacted and that the owner would bring another remote control. No remote was delivered Friday night, Saturday,or Sunday. On Monday, I stopped at reception and and complained about the lack of response by the owner to resolve the problem. The woman called the owner and offered the phone to me to talk to him but I refused. He had 4.5 days to take care of the problem but didn't. We were very disappointed with the lack of respone by the owner. I can only hope that he resolves this problem before the next guest checks in.

My family and I were under the impression it was a hotel and it's more of an Airbnb style. Nobody is going to come and clean the room or throw out the trash or replace the towels for the entirety of your stay. The shower itself also had mold and there seemed to be some stains on the floor like it wasn't cleaned properly. Lastly my parents bed you could tell the pillow sheets had not been replaced and smelled like someone slept on them. The only positive things I can say the owner was responsive and it's 15 minutes away from all parks.
