"We had a 2 night stay at this lovely, new hotel. Very clean, beds wonderfully comfortable. Pillows a bit hard so a choice of pillow would have been better. Checking in was a bit of an ordeal, system issues and language barrier. I understand systems can be challenging at times but there was no customer care, I did not feel welcome, made to feel it was my fault. took my phone off me to check my booking but scrolling through it, which disturbed me. "This is the second time we have stayed at Warren House and again all the staff were friendly, attentive and professional.
We had a relaxing evening in the bar and enjoyed a nice meal from the bar menu.
The room was spotless, very comfortable and had everything we needed.
The breakfast was perfect with plenty of choice's available.
We would definitely come back again!"
