I don't need to say much about this amazing hotel. The location is incredibly convenient to downtown Queenstown. You can walk to all of the restaurants and nightlife. All of the staff are attentive and helpful. The room we stayed in had a top-notch bed and luxurious sheets. The floors in the bathroom are heated, as is the towel rack. There was a TV in the bathroom for the tub area. It isn't the cheapest hotel in town, but for the price it is worth it and then some.

The owner was aware of this and made extra provisions of towels until they had it scheduled to get fixed after our stay. Jessica and I stayed the night here on Saturday night. The staff is incredible, the room is so clean we felt like we were the first to ever stay there, there is free unlimited wifi, and great onsite parking. We had an incredible view and were able to make the short walk into town for all the great night life in Queenstown and all the restaurants, cafes, and shopping. Breakfast was amazing as well as the coffee. We would love to stay here again.

The St. Mortiz was the perfect place for our honeymoon. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a suite with a kitchenette, living room, semi private garden. The room was modern, clean and even came with bath robes for use during our visit. The location is a short walk to the lakefront restaurants and bars. Also, the breakfast buffet was delicious and was the perfect start to our day! We will definitely stay at the St. Mortiz again next time in NZ.
