Great hotel very walkable to the downtown area. Bathroom was great with ample hot water, strong water pressure. Room size was good, table for two, kitchenette and eating utensils, plates etc. Staff were lovely and the restaurant had great coffee and meals brekky, lunch and dinner.

The view was amazing and the location was great for the price in queenstown. Walking distance to queenstown gardens, the waterfront and many shops and restaurants. We had a car and never needed it while in town. Friendly staff, decent size room and clean. Would definitely stay again

This is a lovely hotel walking distance from the CBD of Queenstown. The room was gorgeous. I used the laundry in our bathroom, the dishwasher, the microwave, our kitchenette room had everything. It was the last 3 days of our big holiday and we could NOT have made a better, more comfortable choice. We highly recommend the Ramada.

Room was very comfortable, bed extremely so. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Great location. Car parking was hard to find nearby, as hotel was full so try and book in good time with the hotel if you can. Great views of the lake from our room. Only complaint is there was a lack of table space.
