Really liked the property. It is not in central queenstown downtown so you will need to take ferry which leaves every hour and is $10 per person Apartments are spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended for families.

Fabulous accommodation. Really well equipped and clean. Ideal for myself, my husband, daughter and grandson, cot provided. There is a water bus into Queenstown, it’s a long walk, or drive, but parking in Queenstown isn’t easy. You can eat at the Hilton Hotel nearby. Would thoroughly recommend

Instructions for entry were clear and easy to follow. The place was very clean and looks new/modern. Great location with a quick walk to the lake and restaurants. Would stay here again if I'm ever in Queenstown.

The property was in an excellent location close to the beautiful Lake Wakatipu and great to have the eating options of the Hilton Hotel. The apartment was clean and spacious and loved having a bath tub in the main bathroom. Close to walking tracks and can catch a water taxi across to the town.

Chris the manager was absolutely brilliant. Exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond and sorted our accommodation after we had checked in. We weren’t happy with a few things and Chris was a legend who promptly put a solution in place

Queenstown near airport.

Very good sized 3 bedroom apartment. Parking could be better and showing it’s age a little but good service and very clean. I would stay here again.

Hard to locate. Bad signage. When I phoned to get the info to get in the staff were very helpful and patient. Very safe premises. A quick drive into Queenstown. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was incredible and just what we needed as a young family. Amazing views too Ashame there is no parking close by available, but I’m sure that would have been stated, I just booked in a hurry. The only other niggle was a great master bedroom, unfortunately the bed was two singles pushed together

The property was in an amazing site Beautiful views, mostly clean, check in was easy. It was a bit “ tired” chairs flaking fabric, shower had broken seals hanging down- all workable but I was a bit disappointed. Also had unannounced worker check the property - a bit of notice would have been good. The property was workable. Fit for purpose just needs a little maintenance inside. Am grateful for the accomodation !

Good for a family. Good location & view. But facilities a bit old. Some lights not working. Room also quite dusty. Not properly vacuumed before. Not very good value, quite pricy.

Property was nice cleanliness was done very poor we got there and you can tell it was a quick clean job like pills of medication under lounge dust on top of closet and very dust inside outdoor table very dusty carpet was vacuumed but if you move the coffee table you can see it has not been cleaned regularly. No TV had reception so could not watch TV Besides cleanliness the unit was nice nice location warm at night great heaters

The view was beautiful and the apartment had everything we needed. We were travelling as a family of four (two adults and two teens) and there was plenty of space. The staff were lovely and we really appreciated the mid-stay complimentary clean. The free parking was a great bonus too.

Nice stay overall. Spacious apartment with three toilets, which was a real bonus and made things super easy for a group. The facilities are a bit on the ageing side but still comfortable and clean. The only downside is the car park being quite a walk from the apartment, though free parking is appreciated. Would still stay again.
One set is half full. Wondering whether it’s left over from previous guests.
