The person checking us in was wonderful. The japamese style breakfast was beautiful and yummy. There were bicycles to rent on the property which we utilized to see Nt Fuji just around the cape. The town's beach vibe was such a contrast to the cities we visited before. We highly recommend Kamakura and this bed and breakfast

I really enjoyed the atmosphere the hostel had and the friendliness of all the staff that were there. It was a very clean and neat place to stay at and I would recommend it to anyone staying there in the future.

This was by far one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. It was wonderful to wake up, grab a to-go breakfast at Lawson’s across the street and walk a few blocks to yamashita park. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are luxurious. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. We could not believe we got this room for the price we did. It’s easy walking distance to everything you could want in Yokohama. We will definitely stay here again.

We are so glad we chose this hotel for our last night in Tokyo. Fantastic staff. Room was spacious with good amenities. Great bed. Blackout shades. Very quiet despite being on a busy street. Just a block away from the nearest train station, and free shuttle to the airport (Haneda).

The Hotel New Grand is a historical landmark in Yokohama. The location is hard to beat. It’s across the street from Yamashita Park, blocks from China Town, the International cruise terminal, 15 minute walk to Yokohama Stadium and good access to train system.
Only down note is Hotel. Ew Grand needs to upgrade pillows, they were extremely uncomfortable.

The hotel is reasonably close to the Haneda Airport and the free shuttle to the airport was great. Free shuttle also to Kawasaki Train Station where we found shopping. - nothing near the hotel.
Kawasaki train connection was planned to get us to the Tokyo after 5 tour, It was the special assistance of the Kawasaki Railway staff that helped us to arrange the train timings as we did not speak Japanese - and very few people there spoke English! A fun time!!
