"Rented this specifically since it was outside of resort areas. Not far from Kailua-Kona, though - only a 15-min drive. Daughter and I went to go hiking and experience nature, and this location was perfect for that! (We could even birdwatch from the lanai!) Found the house and the room clean and well-maintained.
