「I was originally going to leave 3 stars, but what happened on my last day made this experience unacceptable. At 6:50 a.m., I was woken up by a dog barking nonstop in the room directly next to ours. I recorded a video outside their door and called the front desk. I was told someone would come up to address it. Thirty minutes later, the dog was STILL barking and no one had come to check or resolve the issue. Being woken up that early was frustrating, but the lack of response from the hotel made it...

「The view of the ocean was the only positive for this condo. The A/C consists of portable indoor units which are very noisy. The mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. There is a lot of construction on site for building maintenance and so the parking lot is a mess. We had to park a quarter of a mile down the street. Walking to and from the car was dangerous and inconvenient, as the road is busy. The lock boxes are in a very poorly lit hallway. The owner and manager were great about communication and the checkin and out process was easy and just as stated. The pictures seem to be older and the property itself is in need of some updates; especially the patio/screen door which was extremely difficult to slide open and closed.
