Luxury Kaanapali Family-Sized Condo close to the beach, hotels, and shopping

A short walk to world-famous Ka'anapali Beach, and Whalers Village, our unit is the perfect place to relax on Maui. This first-floor corner unit gives you easy access to a lovely lanai and garden area separating us from the pool and jacuzzi Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and patio. The kitchen is well equipped, and stocked with what you'll need to dine inside or outside. Our home has a spacious dining area and comfortable living room with two sofas (1 sofa bed to relax in when you're not at the beach or pool. The lanai has a tropical feel with an exotic tamarind table for 6 to enjoy your breakfast on or work at depending on your needs. BBQ's are nearby, snorkeling, and water equipment is hidden for your use. It's the perfect place to start and end your day—near the beach, pickleball courts, and pool. The master offers a king-sized teak bed. The second bedroom offers a four-poster teak queen.

To Ensure you have a great time at F-101, we’ve left a few things for you. There are boogie boards, beach chairs, a wagon, and sand toys. There are 4 tennis rackets, 4 pickleball rackets, and a basketball. There is even a six-string acoustic guitar for those who want to strum a little as they watch the sunset. Beach towels and Bamboo sheets are all part of our care to make sure you have a wonderful stay. It is a little corner of paradise, and we look forward to you enjoying it.

Kaanapali Royal charges a flat $154 parking fee per car per stay. This fee goes directly to the complex and is not part of the VRBO fees.

My wife and her three kids stayed here for a week. We love the location because it’s close enough to walk to the beach but a little removed from the busyness down by the water. The unit was clean and well stocked with beach towels, kitchen items, etc.

Great, quiet spot, steps from the pool. Walking distance to the ocean. Everything we needed in a beautifully decorated condo. Clean and extremely comfortable. Kelly and Greg were terrific hosts. Would definitely stay here again. Awesome stay!!

We stayed here with two small kids (2yr, & 2 mo.) and it was a perfect condo for us. It had easy access to the pool and a really nice common area. The AC worked great and had us all sleeping soundly during the hot weather. I will definitely want to stay here again but for longer!

Our family stayed at this home and we loved it! I had my 2 year old son and he loved having the pool and front lawn to play in! And we enjoyed having the pickle ball court to play in! We felt like we were immersed in the Hawaiian culture by staying in a condo vs a hotel/resort! We loved how we were close to most of the excursions that we went to and close to the Ka’anapali beach as well! We would stay here again!

This is a fabulous property with excellent owner/managers. Communication was quick and helpful. The property was well cared for, with excellent amenities and in a great location. While not on the beach, access to Kaanapali beach was a breeze once you know where to look for the free beach parking at the resort lots.

We stayed in this unit while visiting Maui and had an excellent experience! The condo was well stocked with whatever we needed from cooking to cleaning supplies! In addition, it makes a great condo for people with children because it’s located right on the main level with excellent access to the pool. It’s well laid out and has enough room to easily fit 4 adults and 3 children from what we experienced. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again if we’re in Maui!

Fantastic location, only a short walk to Whalers Village and Ka’anapali beach. Our first floor unit was perfect for us as we had guests joining us throughout out 7 week stay. The condo was generously supplied with everything we needed. Extra towels for the pool, plenty of dishware and several spices. Kelly was very responsive to any request or questions we had. We definitely plan on returning and recommend this unit.

We stayed here with my small family of 4 (including 3yo and 8yo) along with my parents. The condo is very comfortable and incredibly well-appointed. The lanai was an amazing bonus that really lent itself to indoor-outdoor living and the proximity to the pool was perfect - it was right there but not too close. Nice unit, nice location. Owner was very accommodating and worked very hard to resolve a minor issue we had regarding beach chairs and umbrella. A little bit of a walk to the beach, with not being allowed to cross the golf course, but we were aware of this from reviews we saw after booking. Was not an issue.

My family of 5 + grandma enjoyed our stay in paradise! The condo was a great size, larger than most other 2 bedroom options we could find. Nicely updated, we especially enjoyed the beautiful tiled showers. The large sliding doors lead out to a gorgeous outdoor dining table, which we used any time we ate dinner in. Pool is just steps away which was super convenient. I do agree with previous reviews about living room furniture needing replacing, it’s pretty well used. I would stay here again if returning to Maui. It was great for our family!

We came for a beautiful wedding! Everything was centrally located. We loved the accommodations and pool. The pool toys in the storage area were perfect and we look the wagon and the chairs to the beach. As we were cleaning up to leave we found the journal to write about our experience. It was too late for us but I put them on top of the end table so the next visitors can sign. Great stay! Thank you!

After booking with the owner, she was so helpful with making sure we felt comfortable with bringing our 96 and 85 year old parents for a stay. We had specific needs for someone with a walker and she was very comfortable with getting around the unit. She was quite happy the shower had a seat with handheld shower head. A/C was a must for the hotter summers in Hawaii. The unit was easily accessed from the lanai all the way back to the parking lot. Pool was easy to walk to, where the BBQ was clean and ready for use. We are looking forward to coming back and using this place again.

This home is better than described! Beautiful inside , everything you could possibly need at your fingertips, from a blender to boogie boards to a pull cart to get to the beach. The 10 minute walk to the beach and /or Whalers Village was as easy for my 10 year old as it was for my 75 year old FIL. And the walk was filled with stunning scenery! The pool at the facility was clean and relaxing. The golf was great. My MIL has trouble walking, and this apartment was perfect for her with only three steps once inside. There are too many pluses to mention❤️Mahalo
