"Just back from a 2 night stay over the bank Holiday in superior sea view room. Views were simply outstanding. Room was large and recently refurbished with a good shower and a big bed. Lots of power sockets. Fresh clean blackout curtains. We walked down the beach to the Cabin for Pimms and snacks. Cabin is also owned by the hotel. "We booked for our 10th anniversary. Emailed a month before to say that it was our anniversary and that would be amazing if we could use our VIP hotels.com status to make that happen and also about any spa packages available. On check in it was clear that they hadn't even seen the message, which explains no response. They did send a bottle of prosecco to our room which was nice. The room was fine, but very small, and considering the price, wasnt good value. Staff were good and friendly. Spa...

Spoilt a little as we stayed previously and didn't have to pay for the pool etc. This time however we did as we booked through Expedia, although we tried to book direct there was no room availability. I think it should be as it says on the best western website,if your a resident then it's all included."
