Staff is very helpful and friendly, the cleaning staff does great work, the hotel is very convenient with the washer, the amenities, Jonathan's, near Shinkoiwa station, great restaurants and shopping around. "A very convenient location that is a few minutes walk from train station, though it is on a busy commercial street with a lot of restaurants, its rooms are sound proof and very quiet inside, staff are extremely polite and helpful, its rooms are much larger than those hotels in the Tokyo core districts. The breakfast is the highlight, we stayed in this hotel for 7 days, and breakfast is different everyday, more Japanese style and very delicious."
