"Facilities are clean but dated. Restaurant is OK, breakfast is reasonable. It has an seven-eleven store on site so that’s convenient. Overall it’s clean, inexpensive and meets expectations."

"A quiet and clean room, good lighting, very attentive staff, plenty of toiletries. The breakfast was excellent and we got promptly to the airport in the morning using the shuttle bus. Unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy this hotel for longer time."

"I like the convenience of having a shuttle go to & from airport all terminals. Also, you don’t have to schedule anything. Just wait in line for the shuttle. The rooms were very clean. Absolutely no noise after 10pm. So quiet. I was on the 6th floor. Breakfast was pretty good. Line was long in all directions but moved at a good pace. Will return again. Last thing. They have a small 7-11 shop inside the hotel. I stayed at the Honkan side. Shuttle bus go to both hotels. They’re next to each other. Nice setup."

"No AC in the hotel room, the portable fan turned off every 15 min. Breakfast buffet was mid. Staff was friendly but it was very difficult to get an extra pillow. On a positive note, I’m sure this hotel was super cool and nice in the 80’s but now it feels super outdated. Worst hotel out of all 5 that we stayed at in Japan this 16 day adventure "

"Very clean hotel right by the airport. Free breakfast. Check in was a bit difficult as we had two rooms, but we got it sorted in the end"

"Older rooms and fairly outdated but very walkable. Easy 5 minute access to the train that connects to the airport. Breakfast was fine. Service was good and the rooms were clean. Overall an okay property, mostly very conveniently located."
